Novbet Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide in Bengali

01 General Terms

Novbet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Novbet and its users. It is every member's responsibility to read these terms carefully before using any service on Novbet.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other gaming activities. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or bonuses, and will be listed separately on the relevant promotion page.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

02 Account Registration & Management

To register with Novbet, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Novbet reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect details at any time, and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Novbet Support immediately.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be verified. Withdrawals will not be available until verification is complete.
• Accounts cannot be sold or transferred to a third party.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old to bet on Novbet. This is one of our strictest requirements. We are committed to responsible gaming and to keeping underage individuals away from betting.

• After registration, Novbet may request a national ID or passport at any time.
• Novbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until age verification is completed.
• If a member is found to be underage, their account will be closed and all transactions will be voided.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

To make financial transactions on Novbet safe and efficient, we support a range of payment methods. All transactions must be made from an account or number registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Two Lakh BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Novbet reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Novbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed in the respective offer description. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds generally require 30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time limit – typically between 7 and 30 days.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Novbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• For free bets, only the winnings above the stake will be paid out — the original free bet amount itself is not included.

06 Betting Rules

Placing bets on Novbet is subject to specific rules that apply across all betting types — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games alike.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a specific cash-out option applies).
• Novbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected, the relevant bet will be suspended pending investigation.
• If an event is cancelled in an accumulator bet, that selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and will be displayed on the platform.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Novbet. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Organised betting aimed at abusing bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Exploiting technical glitches for unfair advantage.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using hacking, viruses, or any other malicious software against the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Using betting bots or automated software.

08 Responsible Gaming

Novbet is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy betting as entertainment — not let it become an addiction.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (Self-Exclusion).
• If you experience betting-related issues, professional support is available through our support team.
• If signs of problematic gambling are detected, Novbet may also reach out to the member directly.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Novbet takes the protection of members' personal data very seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and service delivery.

• Personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Novbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• At the member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be cancelled.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between Novbet and a member, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion.

• For any dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Complex disputes will be fully investigated within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with Novbet's decision, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority.

12 Right to Modify Terms

Novbet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
